Aftercare for Cut Above follows the same principles as our other facial hair laser treatments. In the days after a session, avoid direct sun exposure on the treated areas and use SPF if you are going to be outside, since treated skin is more sensitive to UV. Avoid waxing or plucking any of the seven areas between sessions, shaving is fine, but pulling hair from the root works against the treatment cycle. Keep skincare gentle for a day or two, avoiding harsh exfoliants or strong active ingredients until any redness has settled.
Worth being honest that the neck and side of neck can be more sensitive than the cheeks or temples for some men, particularly where it rubs against collars or shaving nicks have happened before.
